1. I signed up, but I can't access my Profile?
As we operate on a members only basis, you will have to become a member via
a) using a promotional code which gives you 6 months of free membership
b) choose out of our Membership options and purchase the package what suits you best
2. How do I access the Forum?
First you must be logged in to be able to Reply to the topics shown on the Forum page.
Login -> Click on 'View active topics' ->Click on the topic you would like to reply to -> Write your reply in the space allocated -> Click 'Reply' and then 'Submit'
3. How do I upload pictures?
Go to ‘My profile’ – > View/Edit profile -> Upload pictures
If it takes a long time to upload your pictures, try to compress them, so they become smaller.
4. Can not login/ Missing profile
a) You have entered your username or password incorrectly. Check and try again
b) You may have your profile deleted if it included any indecent items, nude pictures or harassment of other users
c) You have not completed or left your profile idle for a long time, therefore it had been removed
d) We immediately delete escorts, spammers and anyone who is using the site to sell something, and anyone who direct people to other sites
Deleted Profiles
If you had to go through the process your profile being deleted, it is gone for good. We cannot restore your profile. If your account was deleted and you have been banished by the computer that means you broke some rules. The most common reasons for being deleted are:
You must be 18+
You uploaded nude/bad images etc
A lot of users reported that you were rude/mean.
Soliciting people for any reason or sending spam.
1 profile per person, no fake profiles, no harassing etc
You didn't complete the sign up process and our system removed your profile.
If, however your profile did not contain any of the above please accept our apologies as our system wrongly identified you, and we advise you to create a new profile.
5. Missing messages
If you see a blank message, the user who sent that message may have been deleted or they may have deleted their profiles themselves.
6. What are ‘Kisses and Roses’ for?
If you are a lady, who found someone interesting within her matches, but unsure about contacting that member with a direct message or text, simply send them a ‘kiss’ which informs the person about your interest, yet gives them an opportunity to contact you, if they think it suits.
Similarly with the ‘rose’ if you are a gentleman, do not hesitate to send a rose to the lady you like, and let her confirm her interest in you.
7. How do I check for new matches if it does not appear in my ‘Daily/Monthly.. Matches’?
Simply go on My Account/Other links/Search for new partner and enter the criteria you are looking for.
8. Why can’t I send sms online?
Text messages online can be purchased, to see available bundles please click on ‘Purchase more messages’
